"The day I finally had to file a claim on my car was the day I realized that my insurance company and agents don't care about their customers. It has been 2 weeks, and my car is still not fixed. State Farm refuses to use OEM parts for my car, even though the dealership clearly stated that aftermarket parts are not safe or reliable and will void any warranty on my car (my car needs an Axle and some other parts). State Farm tried to convince me that aftermarket parts are
'better' than factory original parts and essentially told me that they don't care. So now, not only do I have a headache and wasted hours, but I also have a $2,000 bill to cover the cost of the OEM parts that State Farm won't pay for. I need these parts to drive safely and not void any warranty. I'm even questioning why I have a State Farm agent when we've been doing all the work back and forth on the phone. My agent just keeps telling me to 'keep calling claims'. I'm just so very grateful this wasn't one of my expensive cars because I would have had a HUGE bill to pay to fix what State Farm refuses to pay. All I asked was to have my vehicle repaired to their original condition it was before the accident. But State Farm doesn't care. They would rather save a few bucks, disregard your safety and care less about the reliably of the cheap parts they put on your car."
